These events will not result in a dystopian world but will leave challenging conditions, human suffering, and technological losses in their wake. At the peak of this period, the poor and rich will experience untimely losses, extreme stress, and health consequences. 

Make Use of the Time You Still Have

Earth is entering a transitional state that will gradually change its surface geography, disrupting economic and social stability while paradoxically stimulating a surge in the evolution of human consciousness. Before disasters, wars, and disease become an everyday preoccupation throughout the world, strive to seek knowledge, expand your awareness, and change your future.

We urge you to reprioritize your daily activities and allow time to contact your core entities. This development will expand your awareness, activate your intuition, and enable you to contribute to Earth’s transition into the next evolutionary stage without severely impairing its regenerative systems. An increasing number of people, already experiencing expanded awareness, align with Earth’s natural energies. Unfortunately, they are too few to avert the ongoing damage to the planet and its people.

During the transition, you will face destructive forces originating from greed, tyranny, and the quest for absolute power. Wars, civil unrest, and exploitation of natural resources will cause widespread human suffering. Amidst these challenging days, find solace in knowing that Earth’s next evolutionary stage will not be compatible with those who threaten the equilibrium and balance of your world.

Expanded Awareness

Experiencing consciousness beyond the mind will liberate you from the mind's programmed contents and influence on your free will and internal compass. Practicing silent contemplation will expand your awareness, allowing your inner being to manifest in your life. You will know you reached your inner being because it spontaneously expresses universal wisdom and compassion.

You will also experience an internal drive to protect Earth's natural systems and the pain of having been part of the damage caused before your awakening. However, if you begin and stay on this journey, an evolutionary force will accompany and empower you, augmenting your every effort.

Authentic and Truthful Communication

In your civilization, it is common to view murder, theft, and fraud as unacceptable. However, justice systems rarely consider that the widespread use of lies is the root cause of harmful and damaging influences on your children and society. People must choose to reject and abandon dishonesty. It is necessary to strive for authentic and truthful communication, avoiding lies to cover one's intent and actions. Peace requires a culture with high values placed on genuine and honest communication. If you choose to be authentic, always practice being truthful; in time, you will be able to see clearly and without fail when others cloak their intent.

Self-Deception

Each small step forward propels you closer to your goals. Excuses cause delays, detours, and obstructions. Do not lie to yourselves. Remember that people who claim to be deceived by others are often first deceived by their lies. We urge you not to confuse external appearances with your core entity; they are inaccurate reflections of your inner being. Consider that many actions, behaviors, and choices originate from the social conditioning of your mind, external to your core entity.

Often, people cannot distinguish absurdity from common sense or good intent from evil. Human beings can rationalize killing each other for the love of God, love of their countries, or for differing philosophies. Many people commit social injustices while acting in the name of justice.

Protect your Free Will

It is essential and fundamental to protect your free will. Consider that people often accept politicians without demanding evidence of their capabilities, mental health, and honesty. Political organizations build sophisticated systems that often generate false promises and illusory appearances to attract voters. Many people align themselves with political parties’ goals without being able to question their processes, actions, and intentions. It is as though human beings surrender their free will to candidates who can think for them and exploit their arduous work and hopes for a better world.

How do societies worldwide decide that their leaders or candidates for government positions are examples of competent and healthy individuals? In many instances, voters accept politicians who claim to love their countries and represent their interests. Neither individuals nor organizations require evidence of mental health or professional competency needed to govern.

Would you believe a physician or surgeon who promises, from a podium, to cure your ailments without proof of experience, specialization, and professional ethics? Societies worldwide require competent physicians to treat illnesses because everyone wants to be healthy and live long lives.

However, politicians need only to utter intent and appear to internalize significant concerns of potential voters to receive the power to endanger millions of lives. Human civilization is yet to learn a fundamental law: no one should ever have the authority to resolve conflicts by sending someone else to war.

Those chosen to govern must pass thorough examinations verifying their mental health, professional knowledge, and ethical standards. They must show evidence that they are conscious of your realities, compassionate, wise, and able to resolve conflicts peacefully. Governing cannot be the purview of conflicting personalities, charisma, rhetoric, or gimmicks to fuel your imagination and manipulate your free will.

In the future, authentic and truthful communication will be as crucial as water is to your body. Beyond the coming era of changes, the new world will demand justice and equilibrium for everyone; your societies will learn much that you now ignore. Unfortunately, if you wait too long to protect your free will and understand these issues, you will pay with your children’s lives and well-being, many times over, for a most critical lesson on basic principles.

Cultivate your Children’s Knowledge Beyond the Mind’s Social conditioning

 Without gaining knowledge beyond the mind’s social conditioning, it is impossible to awaken your consciousness. Parents must learn to expand their awareness before teaching their children how to live in their world. This knowledge is necessary for your children to cultivate their bodies and intellects without becoming subservient to physiological drives and mental programming. It must be the stronghold parents prepare for their infants to avoid wasting their youth.

Children need to learn the pitfalls of their societies before choosing their destinies. Many parents who do not cultivate their children will cry their early deaths without solace. Others will pick up the pieces of their children’s fractured lives destroyed by vices, addictions, or serving someone else’s designs without exercising free will. Beyond providing basic needs, parenting requires showing children how to experience expanded awareness before releasing them into the world.

Choose to build the new world now. It is urgent to question current beliefs and social conditioning patterns that instill violent imagery in your mind and your children’s minds. Do not cloud your children’s minds with images of violence. Instead, educate their minds and bodies to recognize their core entities.

Demand that your educational systems teach children knowledge and wisdom along with facts and skills. Work to reshape the educational system, beginning with peaceful resistance to the current practices. Let your requests be known respectfully and consistently. You can do much on your own for your children’s benefit, but do not hesitate. Act now.

Humankind’s Ascent

Humankind’s next transformational step is attaining awareness of universal compassion beyond body and mind. Consider a mother’s natural and unconditional love for her child, a love devoid of expectations. However, mothers are not the only ones who can experience unconditional love. Others can do so by cultivating equilibrium and reducing suffering.

Working to reduce suffering and protect the natural environment is one way to maintain equilibrium among the many forces impacting your world. Altruistic deeds influence all realms of existence, including higher dimensions and feedback on your daily experiences. These realms of existence are still out of reach from mainstream science. Scientists are beginning to explore new models of reality that will eventually lead to discoveries and reframing of the human experience.

When the era of changes becomes undeniable to societies worldwide, people who have used their time to develop expanded awareness will be able to endure and guide others through the suffering and uncertainty of those days. The miracle of evolution is the gift of compassion and understanding, even in the face of uncertainty, despair, and ignorance. The true hallmark of evolved beings is their ability to spontaneously experience compassion and love towards others, regardless of any differences in race, gender, bloodlines, relationships, interests, or preferences.

Chapter 2 - How to Experience Expanded Awareness

Summary

This chapter explains how to experience awareness expansion beyond the thought processes of your mind. It describes contemplation exercises necessary to open the filters of the socially conditioned mind. 

 Daily Exercise

Choose a natural and serene landscape easily accessible to you in your daily routines. It could be a lake, a pond or body of water, the ocean, a desert, a mountain, a forest, a beach, your backyard, the sky, etc. The scene must be quiet and calm with little or no activity. Sit or stand quietly, paying attention to the environment and withdrawing your attention from any thought streams in your mind. Holding your attention on the scene and relaxing your body as much as possible, breathe in through your nose, deeply, slowly, filling your lungs with air. Then, hold your breath for 5 seconds, exhale slowly and pause. Begin the next controlled breath when comfortable. Repeat the exercise progressively from 10 to 12 times.

Practice this exercise at a time of day when you can take a break from thinking of practical endeavors and remain quietly in contact with the natural environment for as long as possible. This simple exercise will gradually expand your awareness so that you may sense the entrance into your inner sanctum, where you will experience inner peace and a refuge from the stress of your world.

This practice will open your energy centers and allow you to merge with energies in the natural environment. As often as possible, stimulate your children’s development by teaching them how to activate their energy centers through this practice.

Ensure the protection of your respiratory system by understanding its critical physiological function. It mediates the concentration of subtle energies in your body. Subtle energy centers throughout your body will lead you to experience expanded awareness and communion with Earth’s natural energies.

Energy Centers

New Awareness/ New Consciousness

For thousands of years, human beings have created beliefs to calm suffering in their lives. The human mind knows there must be some explanation for its presence on this planet. Since humankind first developed self-awareness, it created gods derived from natural forces. Human beings worshipped fire, wind, thunder, mountains, rivers, the sun, stars, animals, and other human beings to find peace, purpose, and guidance. These gods helped men and women get through life’s many challenges and painful experiences. However, when your civilization truly evolves, you will finally meet your God, the one that has been and will be within each of you for all eternity.

Continue developing expanded awareness and sensitivity. Practice contemplation daily, individually or in a group, as it best works for you. Give time to people who wish to accompany you in your journey and expand their awareness. Help them learn to breathe, relax their bodies and minds, suspend mental activity, and reach their core entities.

Communicate the coming of the era of changes, and do not be afraid to share your knowledge or resources to aid others for fear of people who may not respond constructively. Remember that your evolution makes you rich, even if you were homeless.

As your awareness expands, have faith in your knowledge and intuition. Do not be afraid of disagreements with those who hoard material gains and power over others while ignoring fundamental questions regarding their existence.

 Enlightened Living

Paths to enlightened living are arduous, challenging all who begin the journey. Experiencing the programmed mind and physiological drives makes developing your spiritual nature difficult. The five senses, language, and logic, determine and confound reality in the human condition. Human beings live with the fear of losing everything they have achieved and everyone they love. Be patient and cultivate compassion.

When you reach expanded awareness, you will naturally experience compassion for those who react with aggression and demean the value of your words. Let yourself feel the pain experienced by people who believe death separates them from everyone they love. Give your understanding and forgiveness to those who think there is no hope beyond this life. Realize that those who act with aggression do so because they ignore the beauty and wisdom within them. Consider how rich you are as you progress in your evolutionary path and gain wisdom through your individual experiences.

Remember that no path is devoid of challenges and uncertainty; in time, obstructions will dissipate as the world progresses towards the inevitable awakening. Share knowledge with everyone you meet, including those who doubt, fear, or lack understanding, respecting their freedom of thought and free will.

Chapter 3 - Breaking Through the Immutable Darkness

Summary

 Consciousness evolution will lead to significant effects on human behavior during the era of changes, affecting individuals, political organizations, and religious institutions. Society will fight corruption, and individuals will attain prestige based on their compassionate actions towards others and community contributions. Eventually, humanity will reject sacrificing lives to resolve disputes within and between countries. Free will and honest communication will be as valuable as water is to the human body.

Denouncing Systemic Corruption

Men and women from all nations work peacefully to undo the pillars that support dishonesty within your governments. They aim to develop collaborative systems rooted in the value of truthful communication. Their actions are commendable because they seek to uproot a systemic illness eroding your civilization. You will recognize them because they act alone, peacefully, driven by their conscience and free will.

People who engage in denouncing systemic corruption are evidence of the daily awakening of your civilization. Many of them will not back down in the face of dire consequences compromising their safety. Their inner drive to denounce dishonesty overcomes their fear of adverse outcomes. In time, their actions will inspire a worldwide sentiment, surging from all levels of society against behavioral patterns that do not respect human rights, and the freedom to make decisions without coercion.

Disruption and Reorganization

Natural disasters and conflicts within and between nations will disrupt distribution systems affecting humanity at large. Learning how to produce food locally will be the best means to protect the young and the old alike. This endeavor will be a notable departure from today’s social priorities, promoting healthy activities and a renewed appreciation for Nature’s miracles. The global necessity to reach a state of peace, balance, and equilibrium will result in the organization of local communities to ensure the distribution of resources. Being productive and contributing to local efforts will be a most salient differentiation among human beings.

As changes on the planet’s surface begin to transform every continent, you will witness noticeable changes in human consciousness. Human beings will no longer worship celebrities, political figures, or religious leaders. Gradually, a renewed recognition of the value for each human being will replace this self-deception. Societies will no longer stratify their members by money, power, or assumed prestige.

On the Value of Free Will

Many will contribute to their communities with hard work and goodwill. Inevitably, some will lead sedentary lives or focus exclusively on their bodies, often ignoring their intellectual development and their communities' needs.

Human beings are born with specific predispositions that originate within their core entities and genetic makeup. Some will be able to develop their bodies and intellects and benefit their communities. Others may only focus on a limited aspect of their potential. In these cases, avoid forcing them to collaborate in your daily work. The decision to offer time and effort to the group must grow out of individual realization.

While enduring the era of changes will require resources and opportunities for group members to grow and develop, satisfying these needs will not justify overriding individual free will or decision-making. Avoid seeking to influence others with convincing arguments or demonstrations of any kind. While you may not understand this reasoning spontaneously, expanding your awareness will gradually clarify this and many other social issues that will become salient during the era of changes.

Changes in Religious and Political Infrastructures

The emphasis on scientific thought will significantly alter philosophical foundations where religious infrastructure and traditions explain critical questions that every human being looks to answer. In the coming years, people in all countries will demand religious leaders to act in concert with their religious beliefs. However, in the face of hypocrisy and deception, humanity will abandon temples and churches of all traditions. Many houses of worship will remain empty as a testimony of their lack of spirituality. Some religious infrastructures will persist after experiencing significant adaptive changes to meet the new truth and validation culture.

Similar changes will occur in countries where governments endanger the lives of their citizens to settle internal and international conflicts. Humanity will repudiate and reject political leaders of warring nations, abandoning their decadent cities and political infrastructures. Upon the awakening of human consciousness, the global majority will demand peaceful conflict resolution.  

Chapter 4 - Collaboration and Coexistence: The Foundations of Endurance in the Era of Changes

Summary

The need to establish collaborative groups will become critical. Survival will depend on achieving coexistence and collaboration within and between groups. A new generation with an affinity for collaboration will become the foundation for human civilization’s endurance and resilience during and beyond the era of changes. Preparing children to live in a world with limited resources will be crucial. However, the socially conditioned mind will pose the most challenging and unexpected obstacle. 

 The Emergence of a Generation with Greater Affinity for Collaboration

Keep in mind that the conditions on planet Earth will continue to become unstable, increasing the separation between the powerful and the poor. A small percentage of the world’s population will live in luxury while a more significant proportion will continue to struggle, day by day, to meet basic needs. Millions still will fall victims to outright hunger. 

Unmitigated competition among nations will result in an unfortunate, vicious, and repetitive cycle. Many countries will compete in the constant effort to gain economic and military superiority and achieve temporary dominance until other competing nations rise to power. Meanwhile, their citizens struggle to survive, working without reasonable returns for their efforts within corrupted economic systems that favor the rich and the very powerful. This maladaptive vicious cycle is characteristic of human activity and will continue until the era of changes begins to reshape your world. 

Throughout history and up to this point, human beings have been free to inflict suffering and injustices throughout the planet. In the era of changes and beyond, human beings will be born with a greater spiritual affinity towards collaboration and without the drive to achieve power and dominance through aggression and violence. Members of those generations will make human survival possible during worldwide emergencies. Yours is the task to evolve beyond the current state of consciousness and support their efforts during and beyond the era of changes. 

Cooperation Among Groups

Survival will not depend upon hoarding resources and deploying aggression to protect yourself. Enduring the era of changes will depend on coexistence and collaboration among interdependent groups. In days of severe emergencies, social entities, such as cities, towns, villages, and smaller communities or groups, will cooperate to compensate for temporary shortages of food and medications and the exhaustion of emergency response and healthcare services.

Maintain a disciplined approach that involves practicing contemplation and expanding your awareness. If you think that you are dedicating too much time to this endeavor, remember that every minute brings you closer to dispelling the illusions that bring so much suffering to your world. Remember that those who have developed the capability to expand their awareness will generate collaboration and cooperation and enhance your community’s ability to endure emergencies.

Network and collaborate with people who spontaneously find their way to working with you. Focus your efforts on working, organizing, and studying but never on convincing others to follow your path. Once you awaken your consciousness, your intuitive knowledge will augment your internal resolve, fueling goals and actions without fail.

If you understand the urgency of this message and organize yourselves using reasonable common goals, you will not suffer hunger, desperation, and chaos during the era of changes. You will be able to coexist with members of your group, collaborate and cooperate with other groups, work through difficult circumstances, and mitigate the most significant risks. 

Group Self-Organization 

Do not worry about finding people who understand the meaning of the words written here. You will find that many people have arrived at the necessary evolution but have yet to offer their capabilities for the common good. You will know them by their compassion for the planet and the peoples of Earth. They will come among you at a time when their presence yields maximum benefits for the group.

Meanwhile, practice honest and effective communication, encouraging each other to speak without deception and avoid discord. It is the only way to develop trust and open the possibility to share your needs and resources equitably. If you abandon discord and dishonesty; then, you will find that, in time, words will no longer be necessary to understand each other.

Enduring extended periods of time lacking access to public services, medications, food, and health care will require the organization of small groups, like your families, but large enough to share critical resources. Enduring these emergencies will require a shift from the prevailing definition of family, exclusive to members by blood or marriage, into a concept that includes family members by affinity and trust. 

Forming these groups will require much more than the willingness to share resources to meet necessities. Individuals who approach you to join the group must have the capability to coexist, collaborate, and work to meet the group’s daily needs. They must be altruistic and have strong wills, commitment, and self-discipline. 

We ask that you continue your efforts to investigate and search beyond the illusions of your civilization’s social conditioning. If you reach within yourselves and dedicate time to your development, you will inevitably see the signs that mark your path.

Frequent Emergencies will Generate More Efficient Collaboration

Once natural and human-made disasters become a daily preoccupation throughout the world, you will experience more efficient coordinated actions. In those days, everyone will easily understand the importance and value of current and new group members. Millions of people will concentrate resources in small cooperative groups, in separate and distant locations worldwide, responding to the same alert. You will spontaneously meet many of these groups and set up collaborative activities to do many projects that now seem utopist dreams. In time, you will love and trust their members as you currently do your family members.

Your Minds Will Pose Significant Obstacles

Gradually, but at a steady and unmistakable pace, climate change, international conflict, and disease will begin to overwhelm many countries and, at times, create dire inescapable circumstances. Yet, while these challenges will threaten your safety, your minds will pose the most challenging obstacles to overcome. Your subconscious will hold clear memories of the causality chain that brought your civilization to its knees. Many of you will ponder how you arrived at such an unstable state that made day-to-day survival unpredictable. Some will feel remorse for contributing to the cults of violence and aggression, the relentless exploitation of Earth’s natural resources, and the abuse of the disenfranchised. Most of you will experience a sense of disappointment for the excuses you might have given yourselves to justify ignoring the many signs of what was to come.

However, take solace in that everything you do today to resist violence and aggression, practice cooperation and collaboration, pursue peace in your communities, and manifest compassion will advance your psychological survival. These actions will help you find peace of mind when the moment of the era of changes arrives on your planet. You will know that you are doing everything possible to help your communities, your loved ones, and yourselves. 

Those who do not respect the planet will not know inner peace; they will be fully aware that their choices fanned the flames of destruction and human suffering. Their consciousness will not escape the knowledge of their lack of compassion for their planet and fellow human beings. However, if they choose compassion and kindness over hatred and violence, they will still have hope to remain whole in spirit and continue to evolve.

Awakening in the Last Moments

The signs of evolution will manifest in the ability to keep calm, use wisdom to make decisions, and protect free will in the face of persistent uncertainty and suffering. Compassionate and evolved human beings will generate admiration because uncertainty and fear will not dominate their minds and free will. They will live through emergencies and adapt as necessary as if able to walk barefooted over hot embers. They will also have greater responsibilities in facilitating growth and development among family members, friends, and acquaintances. 

Many of you may not be able to reach this state of consciousness before the era of changes begins to affect your everyday life. However, know that you will naturally evolve if you seek knowledge, expand your awareness, and make tangible efforts to reduce suffering in your world.

Chapter 5 - Preparing for the Era of Changes

Summary

Preparing for the moment in which emergencies will overwhelm local resources and response systems requires significant coordination efforts. Collaboration will be vital to endure the coming challenges. Survival will require extensive planning, essential preparation, and the formation of collaborative networks to protect physical and mental health. 

First Priority: Planning

The time to form a group will have expired if disasters begin to occur so often that they exhaust the resources of local and national rescue systems. It would be too late if earthquakes and human-made conflicts disable road systems, waterways, and ports. However, if you read these words under more benign conditions, engage your path of evolution, study, plan, and organize a collaborative group, no matter how small.

As you begin basic preparations, remember that it is necessary to maintain a positive attitude when facing barriers and impediments to your progress. Trust your internal force and inspiration to harness the means for achieving goals required for group survival.

Encourage contributions from all group members during planning activities to create a spirit of inclusion and broad perspective. Even in the planning stage, you must ensure stability and balance in the membership of the planning working group. Include women and men in your planning activities to avoid inequities and personal biases. In the years before the peak of the era of changes, each group must engage in three basic activities:

1.    Theorizing local emergencies and group response plans

2.    Assessing the efficacy of emergency response plans and theories

3.    Testing and retesting emergency plans to improve their effectiveness

Work together in small and large groups as necessary to develop a list of prioritized activities. Design response plans for emergency scenarios likely to occur in the location you intend to live during the era of changes. These plans must describe group goals and individual actions clearly, including all steps necessary to ensure adequate preparation and response during emergencies.

Once you complete and exercise the emergency response plans in simulated scenarios, write down the results and lessons learned for each group member. Do not mind the criticism of those who judge your efforts as tedious or unnecessary. You will be grateful for the time and effort spent preparing in advance during actual emergencies.

Basic Preparation

When the convergence of natural and human-made disasters begins, you will already need to know how to respond during periods of back-to-back emergencies. There would be no time left for preparation and organization activities.

You will need to know how to satisfy basic needs such as:

• Staying warm

• Cooking and storing food without electricity

• Storing food and producing food locally while avoiding contaminated land and disease

• Testing and treating water from a natural source for drinking and basic hygiene

• Maintaining physical and mental health

Begin today to form cooperative associations with people who already understand the need to prepare for the peak of the era of changes. Together you can learn to meet basic needs without all the technology and infrastructure you now enjoy. This guidance may seem unnecessary and even illogical today. Still, developing the capability to survive extended periods of limited or nonexistent public services is urgent and vital.

Understanding Local Response Capabilities

Specifically, your first task is to adapt the group’s organization to the context of the society and community in which you live. Develop skills to analyze the social environment where you intend to survive. It is fundamentally critical that you anticipate the potential psychological and sociological reactions of your community during emergencies. Learn or estimate how your local government and scientific institutions in the region may respond during periods of instability, food and medicine shortages, and encounters with natural disasters. With this knowledge and forethought, although it may be an estimate, you will be better positioned to identify the capabilities necessary to ensure your group’s survival during periods of sustained emergencies. Remember that you are not responsible for finding solutions for the world to follow; you only need to find solutions that apply to members of your cooperative group within the limits of the environment in which you intend to remain during the era of changes. More specifically, you must become proficient in techniques and practices that will assure the group’s survival through natural and human-made disasters that are likely to affect your region.

As soon as possible, engage in the study, development, and testing of well-designed emergency plans that apply specifically to the various locations where your cooperative group members live. Gather available information and compose accessible formats easy to use and implement into action. Create a manual of actionable knowledge tailored to your group’s ability and means to implement successfully (e.g., how to prepare to withstand a cyclone, what to do in case of civil unrest, how and where to evacuate, what to include in an individual survival pack, how to prepare children for an emergency, etc.). 

Remember that you are not responsible for finding solutions for the world to follow; you only need to find solutions that apply to your cooperative group in the environment in which you intend to remain during the era of changes.

Members in your collaborative group will need to continue living and working in their current locations, especially if their jobs contribute to their community’s survival and sustainment. Both professionals and students will make significant contributions by teaching skills necessary to endure emergencies during the era of changes. If you possess professional skills, build a dependable internal organization to leverage your extended network’s resources and design plans for sustainment during emergencies.

Just as important is to encourage everyone to develop expanded awareness and learn to discern their consciousness and free will from their mind’s social conditioning. Without this critical evolutionary quality, survival will become impossible, no matter your resources and preparation to survive emergencies.  

Second Priority: Psychological Adjustment

Enduring the era of changes will be difficult, physically and emotionally. In those days, political and social affiliations, religious beliefs, and rituals will not save people from the anxiety and panic brought about by the sudden destruction of supporting systems currently sustaining the fabric of your civilization.

Do not expect everyone to have the opportunity to survive. Much will depend on their state of evolution and preparation. Massive losses will be unavoidable if a significant proportion of the world’s population does not evolve beyond its current state.

There will be no judgment day. No one can decide who remains beyond the era of changes because there are no absolute means to reduce the uncertainty of the coming days. For these reasons, it is necessary to evolve psychologically and philosophically.

While adults will find the era of changes extremely challenging to endure, young people will be able to cope with transformational and emotional impacts better than adults if you help them develop expanded awareness before the peak of convergence.

Protecting Individual Mental Health and Achieving Group Organization

Be aware that surviving emergencies cannot depend solely on individuals who can live off the land or in the wild. This belief is mistaken. Becoming members of a survival group requires spiritual affinity, diverse intellectual development, and skills that contribute to the group’s survival. Individuals with experience in medicine and health sciences will become critical for the sustainment of the group during periods of scarce or nonexistent public services. Psychologists and sociologists will be just as essential to protect mental health and organize group activities. If these skills are not available within the group, then look to set up collaborative relationships with other groups to generate resources for the benefit of all concerned. 

Preparing Young Minds and Families

Children must always be first in your priority list. They must begin their evolutionary journey as soon as possible. Your group will need to study mental health disciplines to ensure young people develop healthy and adaptable minds. Apply this knowledge as soon as possible to avoid developmental maladjustments. Your young will need to become well-adjusted and resilient to endure the coming wave of challenges throughout the world.

One of the most important goals is to encourage young minds to pursue scientific and technical disciplines. Scientists and skilled professionals will be the ones to establish the necessary infrastructure and policies for coexistence. It will be essential to encourage your young to seek studies and professions that require the use of technology and scientific knowledge so that they may help to solve sustainment problems during and beyond the era of changes. 

Accepting and understanding the responsibility to awaken young people will make your group realize that survival depends on the evolution of young and old alike. In this effort, you will not be alone. You will have the necessary energy and knowledge to stimulate young people’s awakening. 

Young People Beyond the Era of Changes 

In the future, young people will be born with their consciousness already predisposed to collaborate in groups formed by the affinity of its members. However, what they will always lack is trust in the world in which they will be born. This insecurity will cause them to reject their social environment and escape from the entrapment they experience.

Those who will be part of the future will have to accept the hard labor to cleanse their bodies and minds and regain their original consciousness. The contamination of the mind and body with chemicals that distort the natural state (except for necessary medicines) cannot be part of the world beyond the era of changes. It would lead humanity to repeat past failures. A new world will grant the opportunity to reset humanity’s evolutionary course and avoid the deformation of the human spirit and mind and the enslavement of their free will. 

 Your young wait to hear the exact words that resonate within their consciousness and lead them to realize their origins and reasons for existence. They will then discover the reasons for their presence on Earth. They will find proof within themselves and abandon the practice to escape everyday reality. As they change their attitudes and philosophical perspectives, they will find peace, goodness, and the capability to love themselves and humankind. 

Finding Meaning in the Era of Changes

There will be many people who will awaken as the era of changes begins to transform your world. They will seek your aid, but they will not be psychologically ready to endure natural or human-made disasters or join ongoing efforts to aid victims of disasters. Many will also experience a profound loss of meaning because their professional lives will not be helpful during or after the era of changes. They will feel displaced, as their social influence and administrative credibility will have no place in constructing a resilient society. Yet, many will learn new skills and make efforts to become helpful.

However, those who do not believe that growth requires perseverance and progressive learning, will not be able to remain with you. Keep this in mind, but do not stop making information available to everyone who reaches out to you.

We ask you to be patient and compassionate. Teach what you have learned and rejoice when others find their way through their struggles and realizations. Do not despair when people seem not to work on their evolution and return to old behavioral patterns. Maturation takes time.

Live Today with Knowledge of the Future in Mind

In the current state, worldwide evidence shows that humanity has yet to realize the value of Earth’s natural and regenerative systems. Otherwise, human beings would have already committed to protecting them at all costs.

Human beings will no longer fear or seek to dominate each other. Instead, they would have begun an engaging journey of discovery within themselves.

In contrast to 20th-century civilization, beyond the era of changes, most people will reach a state of awareness that will inevitably reveal the tremendous knowledge hidden in the beauty and elegance of Nature. In that state, the happiness of being human will be everyone’s treasure, right, and experience. Awareness that now lays dormant will awaken to inspire new research fields and scientific achievements, enhancing the human experience with the fascination of knowledge believed to be, until then, impossible to reach.

People who would still harbor desires of accumulating riches and power over others will experience an unbearable disappointment. No one will exploit Earth’s natural resources or human needs because the governance of all societies and the planet will be different from what is known today.

Earth will reach an energy state that will allow its transfer to a yet unknown dimensional realm. Human beings that remain on the planet would have reached a state of evolution, enabling them to experience awareness beyond the confines of the mind.

Contemplative practices and the expansion of sensory sensitivity will allow everyone to experience a new dimensional realm. Through this expansion of awareness, you would have evolved beyond the current animalistic state, awakened new sensory experiences, and survived during the era of changes. You will experience dimensions that now stay hidden behind the curtain of illusion created by the programmed mind.

Human beings will have a perspective of reality that preserves the value of the past, allows the examination of the present, and maintains a vision of the future, ensuring the survival of the planet and humanity. There will be no efforts to develop weapons to destroy each other. As a norm, human beings will respect Nature, each other, and everyone else they will contact. Their energy will be tangible with visible light emanations, compassion for all that exists, respect for universal laws, and knowledge. Keep this image of your children in your mind’s eye and know that every effort and project you advance will ease their evolutionary transition and that of planet Earth in their lifetime.

Chapter 6 - At The Peak of the Current Cycle

Summary

The peak of the Era of Changes will test our civilization’s preparation to overcome emergencies during two distinct periods, day zero and time zero. Organizing collaborative networks and planning responses to local crises are paramount to preventing unnecessary suffering during the peak of disaster convergence.

Day Zero 

You would have arrived at day zero when natural and human-made disasters occur frequently and overwhelm local emergency response capacity. 

There Is Still Time to Act

There is still time to form collaborative groups, but it is quickly depleting because of the need for everyone to evolve beyond the social conditioning that drives their minds. As groups organize and develop, they create a network of resources and capabilities. However, in preparation for day zero, group members must develop a clear comprehension of the new conditions on your planet. The planet’s evolutionary demands on humanity would be impossible to grasp solely through training courses, discussions, or written materials. This understanding will develop as individuals continuously expand their awareness by integrating into the natural energies of the planet regularly.

No one other than yourselves can help you evolve. In developing understanding beyond your mind’s social conditioning, you will have to rediscover the knowledge lost throughout humanity’s historical trajectory. Research Nature’s systems and processes to answer your questions; otherwise, science loses contact with universal laws. Nature is the reference for balance and equilibrium always. Now that time is still on your side, study Nature and extract the natural equations that you will implement in the future to ensure human existence, survival, and sustainment.

Limits to Group Self-Organization Near Day Zero     

Your groups must simplify life and meet basic needs using Nature’s regenerative systems effectively. Each group must engage in studying the limits of self-organization, the availability of resources, and the ability to transfer knowledge to other group members. Groups’ limits depend on your efforts to mature psychologically and integrate knowledge to face complex problems of organization and sustainment. It is up to you to develop programs of study that will help you determine the limits of your group in terms of resources and the total number of members. If you estimate your limits accurately, you will have enough resources to meet emergencies during the transition to day zero and beyond. 

For this purpose, your analytical teams must include decision-makers with the ability to expand their knowledge beyond the social conditioning of their minds. All the knowledge necessary to remain on Earth beyond the era of changes is reachable through your core entities. All you need is the sincere desire to evolve, and you will find all the lessons, guides, and teachers you may need in your path. 

Those of you focusing efforts and honest intent to expand your awareness will eventually develop the ability to sense knowledge and energy beyond the limits of the mind. Today, you think of this ability as intuition and telepathy. These are necessary capabilities to communicate in the new dimensional realm. However, this development is difficult to achieve because it demands an honest desire for truth and the ability to abandon deceptive schemes. 

The teachers on your path, capable of helping you, know that the lack of sincerity is like contaminated and unhealthy water. Only clear and pure water can sustain life. 

Protect Group Members’ Wellbeing

Organize activities to ensure that all members experience meaningful, productive lives but proportional to their energies, actively avoiding fatigue and exhaustion. If you respect the energy cycles of each member, you will be able to prevent the deterioration of mental functions and failures during the response to emergency conditions. Those responsible for the group’s wellbeing must also remember to take care of themselves as much as everyone else. These practices are necessary to maintain balance and wellbeing at both the group’s management epicenter and the individual level. 

Preparation to Transition from Simulations to Real-World Emergencies

Remember that you would have conducted much of your training under simulated conditions. Practice taking care of each other in the face of actual emergency conditions; you will need to protect everyone. Every member is part of a complex dynamical system that will sustain your group. Near day zero, group members are virtually irreplaceable. You are interdependent, and every individual action affects each member of the group. 

If group members expand their awareness and mature before the era of changes begins, then fear will dominate no one; everyone will understand their role in the group, their rights as members, and their responsibilities.

On Day Zero 

The alert will reach everyone through a recognizable and validated system that no one will doubt. It is necessary to practice the response to possible situations most likely to occur in your region. Most importantly, you must organize a rescue team to extract group members experiencing difficulties responding to the alert.

Once day zero occurs, limit the addition of newcomers to prevent destabilizing the group’s capabilities. Group stability is a critical element to survive during emergencies. Once formed, the group’s integrity should be constant as much as possible. Contemplate the possibility of allowing new members only if the newcomer can contribute to deficiencies in necessary capabilities. 

The decision to add people who did not respond to your invitation before Day zero will always fall on the group at large. Emotions can obscure intent and decision-making and undermine members already dedicating all their efforts to the group’s plans and sustainment functions. Allowing your emotions to influence decision-making can induce errors, enable selfish actions, and destabilize the group. 

Remember that you must arrive at a state of awareness and energy beyond what you currently experience in the physical dimensional realm. At the end of the current cycle, on day zero, it won’t be easy to help someone who has not dedicated enough time to evolve. Once your world transitions into day zero, it will be impossible to make up for the wasted time. 

We urge you to develop your awareness beyond the social conditioning of your mind to avoid making decisions solely through your emotions or in response to mental and behavioral manipulations. Protect your free will.

Time Zero

The conditions signaling the arrival of time zero will involve two states: 1) public services (e.g., sanitation, food distribution, etc.) will be no longer available, and 2) private citizens must assume responsibilities to meet basic survival needs.

Time zero is a reset point that will occur once the current evolutionary cycle reaches its end, and the world exhausts all opportunities for equilibrium. It will not affect everyone simultaneously, but it will slowly spread as if casting a shadow on the planet.

Examining the past, you will see positive achievements and a negative balance. It will be easy for everyone to understand that Natural disasters, disease, hunger, declining natural resources, conflicts within and between nations, and the constant loss of lives would have eclipsed any technological advancements and scientific achievements.

At time zero, you will experience brief momentary confusion. The coordination of your groups will be like complex machinery that kicks into gear after a brief hesitation. Then the system of groups will begin to function as planned. Once this adjustment period ends, the daily activities will be in the hands of experts who diligently develop their knowledge and skills in preparation for this moment.

Unexpectedly, you may also find that few people will be by your side at time zero. Also, you will find out with great surprise that others, whom you may not have included initially, will collaborate and work extremely hard by your side during the most critical moments.

You will also receive newcomers into your group from other countries, speaking different languages but showing evidence of arduous preparation. You will recognize in them the same experience as yours, the same teachings, and identical wisdom reflecting a coherent plan. After day zero, group membership will occur spontaneously and in complete alignment with your philosophy, knowledge, and intent. 

Create A Refuge

Remember that divergent paths sometimes lead travelers to unexpected reunions. Do not lose hope and energy when members of your group leave you. 

The only useless actions are inertia and silence. Continue your efforts and remain united with those who stand by you today and those who leave you, because tomorrow they all may need your resources to survive. Create a refuge for those who remain and those who return to you. Remain calm during emergencies and keep the door of compassion open for victims of disasters and friends who were slow to respond before time zero. In critical times, however, give safe harbor as needed but learn to close the doors of your refuge to protect the group. 

Focus on individual evolution and on developing and implementing plans as soon as possible. However, study all relevant topics to give analysts and planners clear guidance and enough time to work without emergencies at their doorstep.

The Survival Phase after Time Zero

The survival phase occurs just before and during the days following time zero. In the survival phase, the group will be smaller with the necessary means to meet the challenges posed at time zero. After the initial threats diminish and travel is safe and feasible, seek to establish communication with all group members in the collaborative network.  

After several days post-time zero, you will experience a progressive rise in tensions due to stress and threats to safety and survival. Some members will not be ready to endure the immediate consequences of time zero; others will have enough strength to support and aid weaker members. You will need to have evolved beyond your mind to overcome the emotional experiences of the days after time zero. Many group members will experience so much loss and distress that they will not be able to adjust to their new reality. They will bring discord and mistrust among you. Some will even look to become leaders conjuring the old formula of political undermining to control the group. Most members of your group will oppose these efforts because amassing power over others will be widely known as trying to resurrect a monster from the past. Slowly, you will overcome these obstacles through your consciousness, without the use of violence, avoiding the cycles of competition for political power that brought so much pain and suffering to your civilization.

The Collaborative Network During the Sustainment Phase

The sustainment phase will begin after the shock experienced at time zero subsides and the survival phase concludes. Then, it will be critical to turn your attention to enhance the coordination of your collaborative network.

Keep in mind that group members need not live under the same roof or near each other. Cooperation and collaboration do not require sharing living spaces. Depending on actual circumstances, it may be advantageous to form a group with members distributed throughout a region or across regions.

No one person should handle multiple diverse functions. Avoid the risk of becoming dysfunctional and inefficient. For this fundamental reason, consider that an ideal number of group members may be near 30 in total. This number allows for the distribution of primary and necessary functions to assure sustainment and growth. Of course, we speak of 30 members who have evolved and can collaborate and cooperate to benefit the group.

If you are reading these words before day zero and time zero, it is highly likely that this idea will appear impossible to achieve. We urge you not to allow this idea to lock your minds and spirits into action paralysis. Remember, always, that all the pieces of the puzzle will fall into place if you maintain forward progress in your evolution and the development of survival and sustainment plans.  

Therefore, along with your effort to evolve individually, focus on developing a nucleus of people with the necessary skills and resources to think, analyze, and plan. Your sustainment plans must consider a fully formed group. Minimally, seek to achieve the following functions:

1. Analysis of local population responses to emergencies and develop plans for sustainment after time zero. This includes anticipating how to ensure access to shelter, food, water, and health care.

2. Analysis and treatment of natural water sources (e.g., rain, streams, underground water)

3. Cultivation of vegetable and fruit gardens and caring for small farm animals (hens, chickens, etc.)

4. Preservation, storage, and distribution of food and water

5. Maintenance of structures and machinery

6. Distribution of nutrition and hygiene information

7. Children’s education and development

8. Access to medical and health sciences services

9. Psychological and spiritual development

10. Maintenance of knowledge: health sciences, environmental sciences, rescue, survival, carpentry, horticulture, and biochemistry

Notes to Reduce Confusion

You will meet people from many different countries, bringing surprising psychological and spiritual development to your group. They will align with your goals, purposes, and efforts without great difficulty. They will come from places devastated by hunger and human conflict and will need to incorporate your processes and technological advancements to survive. 

Their arrival will increase the need for resources in your groups. Be prepared for their arrival in advance, even when you have no evidence that such people exist. Develop skills to effectively transfer knowledge so that you may enable newcomers to engineer their survival and sustainment methods. People from cultures that know how to cultivate the land and use natural resources will have less difficulty surviving. Many who criticized their apparent lack of modernization will have to admit their error.

Many diverse cultures will join in the sustainment efforts, particularly those who dedicated time to evolve spiritually. You will always recognize them by their actions and goodwill.

In contrast, people who have until this point dedicated their time solely to the acquisition of material gains and learned to depend on technology and infrastructure for sustainment will not be able to compensate for the time lost. They may feel that accommodating to the new reality is an impossible task. Many will suffer psychological maladjustments that will make them unable to contribute to your sustainment efforts. 

This issue will raise many questions in your mind. So, give yourselves time to introspect and find answers to these questions, in silence and the presence of your core entity, beyond your mind. Take time to analyze and plan to help those who will find no meaning in life after time zero.

Chapter 7 - Predictions on the Renewal of Earth and Human Consciousness

Summary

Although challenges to human survival will persist for some years after time zero, expanded awareness and compassion among human beings will be commonplace. The pursuit of knowledge will be the most pressing urgency. Resources to gain an education and professional training will be everyone’s birthright. Society will prevent corruption from its institutions. The young and the aged will finally overcome the emotional isolation of modern living. A new worldwide equilibrium will foster a widespread sense of justice and protection of free will.

Philosophical Transformation

Much will change in human society just a few years after time zero. Gone will be the days in which a family’s last name would bring notoriety or respect. Political power, money, or leadership in religious organizations will cease to elicit respect and adulations automatically.         

Evolved human beings will not seek individual awards and special recognition. Their natural inner self will always drive them towards bringing equilibrium and benefits to the group; their inner compass will guide them towards challenging work, fairness, and collaboration. Accomplishments will become part of everyday living but not the means of becoming noticed in society or attaining salvation in the afterlife.

These philosophical concepts and sense of ethics will fuel organizations throughout the New World. People who neglected engaging in awareness expansion before the peak of the era of changes will have difficulty adjusting to the new reality.

Stable Minds, Knowledge, and Liberation from the Chains of the Past

Beyond the first years after time zero, the remaining elements of civilization will enter a period of stability. Universities, laboratories, and hospitals will be the first entities to recover functionally. Scientific endeavors will follow, offering young people opportunities to grow intellectually and emotionally. Centers of study will include the development of healthy and well-adjusted minds as core elements of their programs. 

You will finally overcome the isolation that today plagues the young and the aged; everyone will be free to belong to a society designed to support and nurture them. The equilibrium achieved through giving and receiving in a nurturing social environment will alleviate humanity’s psychological ailments. 

Cultural values that ignore individual capabilities and limit members using age and social status as determinants for merit will become obsolete. This change will help to abandon the errors of the past and focus energies on building the future. In the end, knowledge and truthful communication will be some of the most valuable assets. 

Once the cycle of changes ends and surviving groups begin to function effectively, most of the population, liberated from the chains of the past, will choose to evolve and pursue higher learning. Accumulating knowledge will be the most pressing urgency, so much so that teachers will turn classrooms into laboratories, fostering learning through experimentation. This approach will, in turn, prepare students for higher education within the context of a dynamic and effective learning environment. Experimentation will be the means and process to gain knowledge in all subjects, including art, philosophy, political science, and all forms of scientific endeavors. After time zero, the science of human nutrition will aim to end hunger and malnutrition for everyone. 

New World Equilibrium

Today, greed rules the exploitation of lands and peoples of Earth without great concern for the long-term impact on the environment and the individual. It is challenging to contemplate your current state and how your civilization could have better managed Earth’s lands and natural resources.

After time zero, humanity will form governments as administrative controls to ensure a just distribution of resources. Scientists and everyone involved in the protection of natural resources, including human resources, will contribute significantly to governmental organizations. Limited availability of fertile lands will demand careful management to avoid repeating the devastation caused before the Era of Changes. 

The evolution of the family will support the pillars of society that will sustain the new world’s equilibrium. The concept of family will extend to members of the group, expanding beyond the limitations of bloodlines. Compassion, communication, and collaboration will constitute the nuclear forces that will sustain the group, defining the meaning of the word love beyond today’s constructs. Each group member’s protection and care will be a distributed responsibility extending beyond family members. The expanded family will love all their members and children.

It may not be easy to conceptualize a time when family ties will expand beyond bloodlines, marriage, or adoption. However, human evolution implies that animal instincts and physiology will no longer control free will. These changes will include a restructuring of the human mind, resulting in a new conceptualization of the divine, the human, and the destiny of humanity. A psychological change will be apparent, particularly in those who dedicate time to their evolution. The new philosophy and new world equilibrium will be the sunrise after the long night of the era of changes.

Not surprisingly, the field of education will experience many transformational changes. Prestigious study centers will open their doors to everyone without the economic stratification of today’s educational systems. This change towards free education will respond to the massive losses of lives and technical knowledge and humanity’s new internal compass guiding actions to preserve natural resources, including the human intellect. The health and wellbeing of individuals will be more important than profit. Specialized schools will nurture students by preventing problems of personality development and social adaptation. 

Human beings will become critical components in the equation, ruling the protection and sustainment of Earth’s natural resources. Supported by a system that will stimulate innovation and discoveries, students will break new grounds and reach scientific achievements for everyone. 

Wisdom and scientific endeavors will be among the most respected achievements. Children will grow in a society where the magic of scientific discovery and spiritual evolution would have replaced today’s fantasies of violence and aggression. 

Justice and Free Will

Justice will exist on Earth as it does in evolved civilizations; through self-judgment by the one needing to atone for a wrong action. In these civilizations, self-administered euthanasia alleviates unbearable suffering when the harm caused cannot be atoned. No one has the right to interrupt anyone else’s life span. The best outcome for the person that caused the damage is to experience a recycling of their energies to continue evolving.

On the other hand, if the human personality can be productive and restore those affected, self-administered euthanasia will not constitute a legitimate course of action.

The right to decide one’s death may seem cruel to your present ethical perspective; however, it is a compassionate approach, showing deep respect to the human personality’s free will. Remember that as your civilization awakens to the understanding of reality and the truth of its origins and its future, a concept reflecting transformation will replace the current use of the word death. 

Abandoning Deception by Self and Society

Politicians will no longer enjoy trust and empowerment in the face of the failure to serve the very people who chose them. Your civilization will not trust politicians and reject corrupt political organizations. Politicians will no longer be able to hide corruption and ineptitude. 

Information will be more widely available in the future, exposing well-guarded secrets shaping the historical context of all countries. These dynamics will result in needing to verify claims of heroism and accomplishments. The gradual effort to validate information will inevitably expose lies and deception, requiring a re-evaluation of the many heroes and historical figures now venerated in your history textbooks.

The past and the present will dictate the future through the constant effort to confirm and verify information shaping the context of truth. In the end, a proven lie will be as objectionable as a severe crime. 

The pain and suffering endured by the many countries engaged in human conflict, wars, and ethnic persecution will make military-industrial complexes an unnecessary remnant of a painful past. Your civilization will respect a worldwide organization that will make scientific advances and resources available to every nation, incorporating a shared sense of justice unassailable by political interests and by those who would exploit a country’s people and resources to perpetuate their agendas. 

All countries will have independent governments using their constitutions and governing bodies. They will use the most accomplished professionals with proven abilities to lead organizations to develop and manage resources, education, scientific endeavors, and technical development. 

Common Sense Will Be the First Sign of Consciousness Evolution

Garments will continue to express diversity and elegance, but they will become more functional to protect and adapt to environmental conditions. There will not be uniforms as color and style will still provide individuality, but fashion will yield functionality and affordability. What you wear to protect your body will not segregate your population and attach importance or a sense of higher status. You will conclude that changing garments is necessary for no other reason than maintaining hygiene and adapting to environmental changes. In the future, you will begin to use free will and common sense to stop enriching the few that create artificial needs in your minds.  

Simplifying everyday living will become your first concern, setting up a firm base for the future of your civilization. Your societies will express sophistication in scientific and environmental equipment, scientific research, technical developments, teaching and learning methodologies, etc., but not in empty endeavors such as fashion. The essence of your lives will become the center of your attention. 

All members of your civilization will enjoy Nature equally as no one will hold any exclusive rights to its beauty and force. You will abandon large conglomerates for less congested and more natural environments. Many will view large cities as uninhabitable and part of the museum of the past. In the future, human beings will react to large cities with the same emotional reaction as you now respond to a small, confining, dark cell. You will witness a slow but progressive exodus from large cities. Many people, who never thought of leaving their towns, will progressively experience the urgency to move away.

Nonverbal Communication

Thus far, we have gradually advanced the concept that human evolution involves more than going beyond genetic predisposition, variation, and adaptation to environmental pressures. The development of free will and expanded awareness are fundamental to your consciousness evolution. If you experience expanded awareness, then you will be able to abandon the reliance on the use of deception in all its forms. Once you reach this phase of your evolution, you will spontaneously express genuine compassion for humanity and the natural environment. These changes human consciousness are necessary to increase Earth’s vibrational state and move the planet away from the current state, preventing its transition into a higher energy evolutionary spiral. 

As human consciousness reaches this state, a new form of communication will emerge among human beings. We define this capacity as the projections of concepts, emotions, and images without spoken or symbolic language. Once you have moved beyond deception and the resulting lack of understanding among you, this nonverbal form of sharing information will become the most desired means of communication. Patience and efforts to evolve will usher this form of communication, which you now call telepathy.

Acknowledge that those responsible for the care of children will need psychological training and expanded awareness. Children of the Future

Much of the information we share in advance of future events will help you understand the need to evolve and anticipate the challenges you must meet head-on. Imagine your daily routines when your preparation is in full swing, and the frequency of natural disasters and human conflict increases to everyday occurrences. Then, you will witness that your children's ability to develop and evolve will seem incredible, particularly compared to your capacity. In the future, children will develop expanded awareness more rapidly than they do now; it will seem almost abnormal. In those days, your children will show marked changes in their consciousness, beliefs, behaviors, and sentiments towards the planet and each other. In the future, those in charge of children's care must ensure that expanding their awareness and intellect progresses without obstruction.

Dealing with Loss

It is also essential to care for children who will lose their parents during the transition. They will need special attention to overcome their losses and continue learning and thriving in the new world. Work on implementing a plan to protect and care for these children. Do not wait to plan until the changes overwhelm your resources. Realize that those responsible for the care of children will need psychological training and expanded awareness. Their preparation must enable them to aid children in awakening their core entities.

Necessary Innovation

It is urgent to start new programs to improve children's education, beginning with kindergarten. Your current methods do little to help children become integrated into their communities. 

In many countries, educators lack the necessary resources to make significant changes to improve the education system. Most governments favor funding weapon systems rather than education research and implementation of new educational approaches.

Children must integrate into their respective groups with a spirit of expansion and cooperation. From an early age, as they begin interacting with their environment, they need to learn to work with other classmates rather than engage in activities in solitude. They need to know how to cooperate and collaborate, express themselves in agreement or disagreement, sharing their ideas and doubts with deep respect for their classmates. 

 In the future, children will learn to cooperate through their games, reinforced by living in a group and assuming responsibilities proportional to their age. Children will learn from an early age that their actions and choices always generate consequences for the people who live near them, the planet's environment, and diverse wildlife. Through this awareness, your children will awaken to the importance and relevance of their lives from an early age.   

Adults and Young Adults

Similarly, young adults joining your groups must arrive at the comprehension that they are, in fact, responsible for everything that occurs in every country of the world and on planet Earth. This adjustment will change their lives and enlighten their awareness, assimilating valuable priorities throughout their development. Otherwise, their internal compass will lose its way without this reckoning, leading them to destructive tendencies.

For the time being, and for a long time to come, the path of adults and young adults is one of learning, investigating, and working. However, in time, your understanding will increase, and clarity will replace the feeling of uncertainty. The path to follow will lay forward without obstacles. Countries will collaborate scientifically and technically for the common good of all. Organizations will function under the same level of consciousness, communicating without interferences and selfish intents. In those days, humanity would have learned, beyond any doubt, that negativity, greed, and reactive behaviors bring chaos and suffering to all involved. 

Experimental Stations

These writings do not advance a new dogma or religion. Our prediction of changes to come is verifiable through investigation and scientific inquiry. Scientific efforts already attempt to discern how to bring peace globally, but without sufficient success to rapidly stop the tide of coming events. Yet, the attitude of many governments is to increase spending on armaments to defend themselves from each other. Their approach to survival is to overwhelm their feared adversaries with more lethal weapons. 

However, from this point onwards, it is necessary to develop experimental stations to demonstrate methods for enduring the era of changes. These experimental stations will compensate for the lack of foresight in Earth's governments, yield insights from human evolutionary achievements, and provide the blueprint for many of you to survive the era of changes. These experimental efforts will also result in frameworks to facilitate individual evolution before the era of changes reaches full force. In these environments, individuals may work on their evolutionary development, becoming able to usher in the new world after the period of changes concludes its transformational effect on the planet. 

This proposal may seem out of place to you due to worldwide concerns about countries suffering from hunger and international and local conflicts. It may seem almost ridiculous to dedicate time and resources to developing experimental environments that would simulate a future state that is yet to occur. However, without the benefit of systematic and deliberate scientific inquiry, your civilization will not be able to cope with the wave of abrupt and inevitable changes forming in the ripples of the near future.

Few governments have already experimented in developing environments to survive states of emergency lasting for extended periods. Much of the science of survival will originate from efforts to adjust human physiology and psychology to the challenges of interplanetary travel. Remember that these resources and knowledge will be available only to members of elite organizations and not to those of you who toil daily to sustain homes and families.

We believe and hope governments will be interested in supporting the development of experimental environments. Their implementation will unveil answers urgently needed throughout your world. 

The Ability to Learn

Many countries encourage citizens to work, thrive, care for their families, and pursue personal goals. But even in the best examples of a free society, the educational system absorbs the child into a process developed for large groups. Children receive information in groups from an early age as if the ability to learn develops through a collective process. This conceptualization of the learning process is a grave error. Before children begin their formal education in the classroom, they need individual attention to develop the ability to learn.

Scientists and educators (teachers, psychologists, physicians, pediatricians, and sociologists) must assess your children's health status, innate capacities, learning ability, cognitive makeup, and behavioral tendencies. Specialists must closely follow their achievement of developmental milestones and mitigate shortcomings before they begin to affect their development adversely. Educators must tailor education systems to children's developmental abilities and limits. 

In the current approach, generalized curricula cause many children to find education out of their reach only because they cannot learn. Those who fall behind will struggle throughout their educational experiences unless you consistently provide individualized programs tailored to their needs and strengths. In close collaboration with parents, monitoring and evaluating children's developmental progress must begin after the first year of life and persist throughout young adulthood. 

Your group must set aside enough resources for child education with a priority just below meeting basic needs for the group. The perennial problem is that governments spend more resources acquiring armaments and developing weapon systems than developing education professionals and programs supporting child education.

Discover the Emerging Child

Even in countries where individuals are free to express their individuality, the lack of assessment techniques to determine innate abilities limits children's development. Societal needs and family resources often shape a child's development, regardless of their potential.

We urge you to initiate experimental education programs focused on discerning and protecting children's innate characteristics and capacities to ensure unobstructed development. Assess children at one year of age and every year after that to identify and mitigate genetic and environmental conditions that may impair the achievement of developmental milestones. This approach will allow you to respect the child's inner core and avoid unnecessary behavioral conditioning that may suppress their innate capabilities. 

Caretakers must respect the right of children to discover themselves without external pressures to serve the objectives of the social environment. We plead with you to avoid shaping your children into uniformity. Respect their individuality and vocational tendencies, and you will enjoy the fruits of well-adapted and fully realized adults.

Knowledge and the Natural Environment

With your current knowledge and capabilities, you will face problems that will seem unsolvable. However, Nature's regenerative and adaptive processes will always provide alternative solutions. If you study the Natural world more closely, you will find answers to the world's problems that you would not be able to imagine in your mind. You will discover methods for designing organizations, assuring fundamental freedoms, meeting human needs, and protecting the natural environment. 

Since humanity developed the powers of observation, reasoning, and learning, Nature has constantly revealed how to maintain equilibrium between available resources and population growth. However, human beings intentionally populate cities without control causing overcrowding conditions. Exceeding limits of regional resources and overcrowding contribute to the relentless consumption of global resources, deteriorating mental health, and well-being. Under these conditions, Earth's complex balance will shift toward tipping points and cascading consequences that will disrupt human development and the integrity of Nature's regenerative systems. These lessons, now well documented in the history of Earth and humanity, must guide your development of innovative designs beyond the era of changes.

Cities and towns must function within natural limits, preserving the balance between population size and natural resources (e.g., farms, clean air, and water). Begin research efforts and experimentation now before a time when your daily focus will be solely on survival. 

The air you now breathe in highly populated cities cause innumerable disruptions in the stability of your body's physiological systems, resulting in diseases of the body and mind. Simply put, your civilization does not pay sufficient attention to the effects that pollution of the natural environment exerts on health. It would be best if you realized that exposing human beings to polluted air results in physical and mental illnesses. 

Combining polluted air with alcohol, nicotine, stimulants, and recreational drugs creates a new species entirely dissimilar to the natural human being. In this condition, this new species is neither human nor animal. This hybrid species is your creation and constitutes a version of yourselves that you should change and leave behind during the era of changes. 

Limits to Evolution

Study how Nature balances species and their sustaining environments in the plant and animal kingdoms. In contrast with Nature's inexorable system corrections, human beings maintain that the individual right to reproduce is above the natural limits of overcrowding and depletion of local natural resources. In this condition, a family existing beyond the means necessary to support itself may add new members without regard to the consequences inflicted upon their existing children. This rejection of common sense affects the capacity of families and communities to ensure quality of life in both large and small conglomerates. 

The first goal is to heal the harm inflicted on your world and civilization as much as possible. Plan and design solutions to prevent past errors, ensuring that children become integrated into a society where procreation occurs in balance with natural resources. Evolve so that your consciousness parallels Nature's wisdom. Place human consciousness on Earth and allow it to develop and evolve in a less hostile and much more balanced environment.

We work not only to ensure humanity's uninterrupted development but also to protect planet Earth. We aim to draw attention to the need to evolve from aggression and exploitation to conscious responsibility. 

Our commitment is to never abandon you and aid in extinguishing the flames of destruction now burning in many nations throughout the planet. We will accompany you on this journey but remember that your survival depends on accepting the responsibility to evolve with your planet's natural evolutionary development. 

Slow down the pace of the era of changes by understanding the concepts, beliefs, and policies that brought your society to its current state. Some countries already understand how to ensure peaceful coexistence; however, their numbers are not enough to impact your civilization globally. More countries must collaborate to control the forces that thrive on humanity's blind quest for absolute power and exploitation of Earth's regenerative systems.

Humanity has had many opportunities to evolve above greed, violence, and the blind pursuit of power. Now is the time for this cycle to come to its end. Changes on Earth are inevitable. Yet, there is still enough time for many of you to reach the next evolutionary spiral aligned with Earth's transition into a new dimension.

Your Path Forward

If you already sense the coming changes and wish to reduce suffering in your world, you have awakened long before you read the first words of this book. Conscious evolution is the only way to protect Earth, your children, and yourself. Many have already responded to this alert. Unfortunately, they are too few to mitigate the influence of people whose self-destructive actions already compromise Earth's evolutionary development. Human suffering will worsen as violence spreads worldwide unless your civilization stops on time. Populations experiencing hunger and oppression will continue to suffer. 

We ask that you appeal to young people worldwide and ask them to rebel peacefully against violence, aggression, and war. If they lead this rebellion, many countries may stop to contemplate before taking the last steps into the abyss of self-destruction. Keep in mind that Earth's future is uncertain and that on the current trajectory, humanity stands to lose this most precious planet. 

It does not matter how much time it takes to reach your goals; what matters is that you continue making efforts to achieve them. We understand that your achievements will be proportional to the resources available to each of you. You will encounter difficulties and obstructions, but you will succeed using your intuition, hard work, and creativity. The challenges you have met up to this point, and those you will experience in the future, will gradually strengthen your capabilities to act. 

If you read these pages before the cusp of the era of changes, increase your knowledge, and offer it to others. However, it should be clear that your task is not to shape anyone's understanding. Everyone must develop and grow with their free will intact in the absence of persuasive arguments you may fabricate, no matter your good intent.
